Lovers, one of the most renowned canal tour companies in Amsterdam, is working hard to make its fleet more sustainable. With the introduction of electric canal boats, Lovers is taking a significant step towards a sustainable future. For this new generation of boats, we have not only provided condensation-free ship windows but also equipped the roofs with high-quality structural double glazing.
These modifications contribute to the insulation, comfort, and energy efficiency of these sustainable vessels. Passengers can enjoy a clear, unobstructed view of the Amsterdam canals, both through the windows and the glass roof.

For this project, we worked closely with Jachtwerf De Driesprong in Langelille. Together, we have completed several projects, including various canal boats and luxury yachts.
For Lovers' electric boats, we combined our knowledge and experience to ensure that both the windows and the roofs perfectly met the technical requirements and the ships' appearance.
Through this collaboration, we demonstrate that innovative solutions such as condensation-free ship windows and sustainable structural roof glazing not only contribute to passenger comfort but also to the efficiency and sustainability of the vessels.
